End of co-op membership

If you don't pay the full membership fee (100 euros) within the deadline, the co-op will terminate your membership and you'll lose your member benefits. You'll receive a refund of the membership fee you paid to your S-Bank account.
What happens when my co-op membership ends?
Your co-op membership can end if you haven't paid the full membership fee (100 €) within the deadline. When you join, you pay at least 20 euros, and you can collect the rest with Bonus, for example. If you don't complete the membership fee on time, the co-op will terminate your membership.
When your membership ends, you lose access to member benefits (Bonus, card payment cashback, etc.). You'll receive a refund of the membership fee you paid.
You can continue enjoying benefits in two ways:
Join as a co-op member again
Join another person's household
Why am I no longer part of a household?
If the main member of your household loses their membership, the entire household is dissolved. Household members are left without a household.

What happens to my banking services?
S-Bank services don't require co-op membership. You can continue as an S-Bank customer.
S-Etukortti Visa
S-Etukortti Visa is designed for co-op members and their households. When you're no longer part of a household, S-Bank will terminate your card.
Accounts and online banking credentials
S-Bank accounts and online banking credentials are free for co-op members and their households. When you're no longer part of a household, these services become subject to fees.

S-mobiili
You can no longer use the S-mobiili app after your membership ends. Read more on S-Bank's website.
What happens to my S-Etukortti card?
Your S-Etukortti card will no longer earn Bonus after your membership ends. You can dispose of the card.
If you join as a co-op member again, you'll receive a new S-Etukortti card. It will be linked to your new household.
What happens to the membership fee I already paid?
You'll receive a full refund of the membership fee you paid to your benefits payment account at S-Bank. If you don't have a benefits payment account, contact your co-op.
