Membership number and service number

Your membership number is 10 digits long and you can find it on your S-Etukortti card, in S-mobiili, or on S-Etukortti.fi. Household members have their own service number.

When you join the co-op and become a co-op member, you receive a 10-digit membership number. You can find it:
On your S-Etukortti card
In your customer details in S-mobiili
In your customer details in the online service
Service number:
Household members also have their own personal 10-digit number on their S-Etukortti card. This is a service number, which the household member uses in the same way a co-op member uses their membership number.
Where can I find the number on my S-Etukortti card?
On the S-Etukortti card, you can find the membership/service number next to the co-op's name. The membership/service number is not the same as the card number above the cardholder's name.
What is the structure of a membership/service number?
The first four digits of the membership/service number indicate the co-op, and the last six digits are your unique membership/service number. The number format is 4 + 6 digits.
