How do I leave or change my household?

You can manage changes to your household most easily and quickly in self-service through S-mobiili or the S-Etukortti.fi service – whenever it suits you best.
I want to change household – how do I do it?
If you want to move to another co-op member household, the change always happens in two steps:
Leave your current household first
Join another household using an invitation
Leave your current co-op member household first
If you are a linked person in a co-op member household (not the main member), you can leave the household yourself in digital services.
Leaving in S-mobiili
Open S-mobiili
Go to Me
Select My details
Open Membership details. Select the co-op member household and leave the household as instructed.
Leaving in S-Etukortti.fi service
Go to www.s-etukortti.fi
Sign in with your S-login
Go to Household and cards
Select leave co-op member household
If you cannot leave in digital services, you can ask the main member of your current co-op member household to remove you from the household either in S-mobiili or in the S-Etukortti.fi service.
Once you have left your current household, you can move to a new co-op member household
The main member of the new household must send you an invitation to their co-op member household.
You will receive the invitation by email and accept the invitation using strong authentication
Once the invitation is accepted, you join the new household and start earning Bonus to that household.
Good to know before changing
You can belong to only one co-op member household at a time
Moving to a new household works immediately once you have left the previous household.
Cashback to the new household starts only after the invitation is accepted.
