I cannot log in via SMS

Check that you have entered the correct phone number and ensure that it is also verified. You can verify the phone number in the S‑Etukortti service under My information once you are logged in.
Also make sure that the phone number is in the correct format. The country code is selected from the dropdown menu, and the text field should contain the phone number without the country code, e.g., 0501234567 or 501234567.
If the SMS does not arrive, you can request a new code using the button.
If you still do not receive the SMS, log in with your email address at S-Etukortti.fi and check the status of your mobile number there and verify it if necessary.
