I forgot my S-login, how can I find it?

The S‑login is your email address or phone number that you have verified on S‑Etukortti.fi or when joining as a co‑op member. If your email is not working or you cannot access it, you can also log in with your online banking credentials, provided that the S‑Etukortti is linked to the login.
Here’s how to proceed:
Go to the top of the page to sign in.
Enter the email address linked to the S‑Etukortti.
From the next view, select Log in with your banking codes
Update and verify the email address found in your contact details.
If you have not yet verified your phone number, do so at the same time. You can then log in with a text message in the future.
