You can transfer your co-op membership to another cooperative in S-mobiili and at S-Etukortti.fi. Your membership fee transfers with you and your benefits continue without interruption.
How do I change my cooperative?
Open S-mobiili or sign in to S-Etukortti.fi with your S-login.
Go to Membership details
Click the Change cooperative link
You don't need to cancel your current membership and join again. Your membership fee transfers automatically to the new cooperative.
What happens to my Bonus, benefits and cards?
You don't need to make any changes to your S-Etukortti cards
Purchases made before the transfer count towards your old cooperative
Purchases made during the transfer month count towards your new cooperative
Your benefits continue without interruption
Digital receipts remain uninterrupted in S-Etukortti.fi and S-mobiili
Partner details (e.g. Moi and Lähi-Tapiola) update automatically
Should I change my cooperative?
You should change your cooperative when you move to another cooperative's area. This way you get the best benefits from your own local cooperative.
Bonus and fuel cashback are always determined by your membership cooperative's cashback table.
What to note about surplus return when changing
Old cooperative's surplus return: It is not paid unless your membership continued in the old cooperative on the last day of the previous year.
New cooperative's surplus return: If the new cooperative pays a surplus return, it is calculated only from purchases made in the new cooperative after the transfer for that calculation period.
