Changing your co-op

You can transfer your co-op membership to another co-op online in the S-Etukortti.fi service. Your membership fee transfers with you and your benefits continue without interruption.

How do I change my co-op?

  1. Sign in to S-Etukortti.fi with your S-tunnus.

  2. Submit a transfer request to the new co-op.

You don't need to cancel your current membership and join again. Your membership fee transfers to the new co-op's membership fee.

Note: The co-op decides whether to approve the membership and may also reject the application.

What happens to my Bonus, benefits and cards?

  • No changes needed to your S-Etukortti cards

  • Bonus-eligible purchases made before the transfer are taken into account

  • Purchases during the transfer month are taken into account in the new co-op

  • Your benefits continue without interruption

  • Warranty receipt data remains in S-Etukortti.fi and S-mobiili

  • Partner information (e.g. Moi) updates automatically

  • Your new co-op may offer you introductory benefits in S-mobiili

Should I change my co-op?

We recommend staying with your local co-op. S-mobiili shows you the nearest stores and local benefits. Benefits are generally available at all co-op stores, so you only need to be a member of one co-op.

Your Bonus and fuel bonus always follow your member co-op's bonus table. Surplus returns and interest on your membership fee are also decided by each co-op.
