You can manage S Group's direct marketing on S-Etukortti.fi or by calling co-op member services. After blocking marketing, you will only receive official co-op member communications.

You can control how we use your customer data in S Group's co-op member and customer register for communications:

If you choose to block marketing, you block all direct marketing and research surveys. As a co-op member, you will only receive official communications related to your co-op membership.

Can I choose what marketing I receive?

Yes. On S-Etukortti.fi you can manage your marketing permissions in more detail. For example, you can:

  • Allow or block email marketing

  • Allow or block mobile marketing (push notifications)

  • Block phone marketing

  • Block research surveys

Changes take effect immediately, but campaigns already sent may still arrive.
