Why hasn't my address updated after I moved? Where do I report a change of address or name?
Your name and address details in S Group's co-op member and customer registers update automatically from the population register. If you've made an official change of name or moving notification to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency, you don't usually need to report it separately.
When automatic updates don't work:
Automatic data updates aren't possible if you have in the population register:

Non-disclosure order
Or if your customer details are incomplete (e.g. personal identity code is missing)
If you're not an S-Bank customer:
You can report your changed address:
At a Co-op member service and S-Bank point (find the nearest and book an appointment)
If you're an S-Bank customer:
Changes to customer details related to banking require strong authentication.
If you have S-Bank online banking credentials:

If you don't have S-Bank online banking credentials:

You can change the newsletter delivery address as follows:
First cancel the newsletter subscribed to your old address using the "Cancel subscription" link at the bottom of the newsletter
Subscribe to the newsletter again using the correct address

What should I do if I notice errors in my customer details?
If you notice errors in your customer details, you can:
Visit a Co-op member service and S-Bank point (find the nearest and book an appointment)
You can also update some of your details yourself by signing in to the S-Etukortti.fi website

Why do I need to confirm my email address?
Confirmation ensures that you have access to the email address in your customer details.
For example, cashback information and other personal notifications are only sent to a confirmed email address.
How to confirm your email address:
You can confirm your email address either in S-mobiili or when you create an S-tunnus account for yourself.
If your email address hasn't been confirmed yet, click the "Confirm" button in your account settings on the S-Etukortti.fi website. You'll then receive a confirmation code by email, which you enter in the service to confirm.
