You can block a lost S-Etukortti Visa by calling the card blocking service at 020 333. You can order a new cash card from the online service or at a service point. The new card activates automatically on first use.
My S-Etukortti is lost/damaged, what should I do?
Cash card (no payment feature)
You can order a new card in two ways:
Online: sign in to the online service → Co-op membership / Membership details
In person: Visit an S Group service and bank point
S-Etukortti Visa or Debit (lost)
Call the card blocking service immediately: 020 333 (24 h, from abroad +358 20 333)
You will receive a new card automatically after reporting the loss
The digital card in S-mobiili continues to work normally
S-Etukortti Visa or Debit (damaged)
Order a new card in S-Bank's online banking or by message
A fee according to the service price list applies for replacement
When do I need to renew my S-Etukortti?
You need to renew your S-Etukortti when:
The card has expired (the expiry date has passed)
The card is damaged or broken
The card is lost or stolen
