How can we help?

Issues: Apple Wallet

Updated 2 months ago

If Bonus doesn't register with Apple Wallet, make sure you've added your S-Etukortti and the app is up to date. An expired card can be restored by enabling automatic updates or adding the card again.

Where can I get help if I have questions about S-Etukortti in Apple Wallet?

If you can't find the answer you need, contact customer service.

Why doesn't Bonus register when I use Apple Wallet?

First, check these things:

  • You've added your S-Etukortti to Apple Wallet (you can add it from the Me section in S-mobiili or from the S-Etukortti barcode view)

  • You're using the latest version of S-mobiili

If everything is in order and Bonus still doesn't register, the payment terminal may not be updated to read Apple Wallet.

Let the cashier know immediately so they can update the payment terminal. In the meantime, register your Bonus another way, for example using the S-Etukortti barcode in S-mobiili.

Why hasn't my S-Etukortti information updated in Apple Wallet?

We update your information (such as changed name details and paperless service activation) on your S-Etukortti in Apple Wallet almost immediately.

Make sure you've enabled automatic updates for S-Etukortti in Apple Wallet. If you haven't, enable them and wait a moment.

If your information still doesn't update, contact customer service.

My S-Etukortti has expired or disappeared from Apple Wallet. What should I do?

If you haven't enabled automatic updates for your S-Etukortti, the card will expire after a certain time. First, check if the card has moved to the "Expired Cards" section in Wallet.

Here's how to restore the card:

  1. Enable automatic updates for the card

  2. Move the card back to active cards (if it was in expired cards)

  3. If the card still says "Expired", remove the card completely

  4. Add the card again in S-mobiili
