This data is used to calculate Bonus, provide customer service, and develop services. You can also restrict the use of product-level purchase data and check your register extract.
What information does S Group collect about me and my purchases?
S Group's co-op member and customer register contains information about co-op members, household members, and other customers who have ordered services based on this register's data.
Basic register data
The register includes:
Information you provide in the membership agreement: name, personal identity code, contact details, membership start date
Information provided later during service interactions, such as details about ordered services (e.g. newsletters)

S Group collects purchase data at product level from these locations:

Sokos, Prisma, and S-kaupat online stores
Purchase data from S Group's other locations (e.g. hotels, restaurants) and partner services are recorded in the register at receipt total level.
The register also contains information about paid Bonus and other monetary benefits, as well as the payment address for benefits.
S-Bank data
S-Bank manages customer relationship data in its own customer register at www.s-pankki.fi.

How and where can I check what information about me is in S Group's co-op member and customer register?
You can choose from two options:
1. Electronic register extract (fastest and easiest way)
Sign in to your personal S-tunnus at the online service
Authenticate in the service with your bank credentials
You can find your register extract at S-Etukortti.fi under "Profile" and then "Profile/Register data"
2. Order register extract by post
You can also order your register extract as a letter by post. Please note that delivery time is longer than with the electronic register extract.

Can I prevent the collection of product-level purchase data?
Yes, you can. You can restrict the use of detailed purchase data at S-Etukortti.fi, under Membership/Restrictions. In this case, your purchase data is used at receipt total level.
You can still earn Bonus even if you restrict the use of detailed purchase data.
