Getting started with S-mobiili and device requirements

Download S-mobiili from the app store and sign in for the first time using your online banking credentials. The app works on iPhone (iOS 15+) and Android phones (Android 9.0+). You can be registered on multiple devices at the same time.
How do I get started with S-mobiili?
Download S-mobiili from your phone's app store.
Android: Google Play

What you need:
S-Bank or other bank's online banking credentials for first sign-in
Co-op membership or household membership
Phone number for text message verification
During setup, you verify your phone number by text message so you can also use banking services in S-mobiili. If your phone number is missing from your customer details, add it in S-Bank's online banking or at a service point.
After your first sign-in, you gain access to S-mobiili authentication. You can then sign in using your fingerprint, a PIN code you choose, or Face ID (on iOS devices with facial recognition).
You can also earn Bonus on your phone with Apple Wallet, Android NFC, or a barcode in S-mobiili.
Which devices can I use S-mobiili on?
You can use S-mobiili on iPhone and Android smartphones.
Required operating systems:
iOS 15 or newer
Android 9.0 or newer
Make sure your device has a recent enough operating system.
How do I check my phone's operating system version?
Android:
Open Settings
Scroll down and select About phone
Find Android version – this shows your operating system version
Check for updates: System > System update
iPhone (iOS):
Open Settings
Select General > About
Under iOS version, you'll see your operating system version
Check for updates: General > Software Update
How do I check the S-mobiili app version?
Open the S-mobiili app
Tap the Me button in the bottom right corner
Scroll down to About the app
You'll see the app version number
If your app isn't up to date, update it in Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iPhone).
I changed phones, how do I set up S-mobiili on my new phone?
Download S-mobiili from the app store and register as a user. Complete the setup the same way you did on your old device.
Good to know:
You can be registered in S-mobiili on multiple devices
There's no limit to the number of S-mobiili devices
If you set up S-mobiili with S-Bank credentials on another device, remove unnecessary devices after setup: Me > Authentication > Remove from use
